If a game isn't right, send it back unused within 30 days in its original packaging and we refund the full price of the item — no questions asked. The return postage is at your expense.
Changed your mind before it shipped?
E-mail hello@getearthgame.com with your order number and we cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
How to return an item
- E-mail hello@getearthgame.com with your order number (EA-…).
- We reply within one business day with the return address. The return postage is yours; a tracked service is best.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and post it. The refund goes to your original payment method as soon as it arrives.
Damaged or missing a piece?
Send a photo to hello@getearthgame.com. We replace damaged items and missing parts at our expense.
